I noted with interest this week, New Zealand Herald headline - "Housing Prices Set To Fall". Since the last time we read similar predictions - the market has risen in Auckland specifically to a house price median in excess of 24 months ago - The highest ever! People like the security of owning their own home. Always have, always will.
